Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management Renews Contract

We are pleased to share that Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management (ADMM) has renewed a three-year project management contract with Colliers Project Leaders for its Formula 1 racing facilities. From our existing partnership and previous work on the Kartzone Development at Yas Marina Circuit (YMC), ADMM chose our team to manage the refurbishment of its 35,000 sq. ft. head office and new driving school.

Yas Island is Abu Dhabi’s leisure and entertainment hub and one of the main developments that Abu Dhabi has invested in to diversify its economy. Yas Marina Circuit is a key tourist attraction on Yas Island, and the 400+ annual events hosted in these facilities contribute both directly and indirectly to Abu Dhabi’s economy and job market.
