We are closely monitoring developments related to the global COVID-19 (also known as Novel Coronavirus) outbreak. While we have encouraged all employees to work from home as a precautionary measure, our business remains open. Our dedicated project management teams remain available to support our clients and help execute any project initiatives necessary to manage business continuity.
At this time, a primary focus for our organization is the health and safety of our employees, clients, business partners and the communities in which we operate.
In addition to following guidance from health authorities, we are taking several precautionary measures to protect our staff, clients and partners. These include:
- Encouraging employees to work from home and instructing anyone who feels ill to avoid coming to the office.
- Creating a COVID-19 Task Force to monitor the situation and develop responses that will best prepare our staff and clients to manage effects of the outbreak.
- Implementing new policies limiting business and personal travel, as well as attendance at events and meetings. We will continue to review these policies and align with the latest health guidance.
- Reinforcing the importance of good office hygiene and making additional sanitization resources available throughout our offices.
- Increasing how often our offices are cleaned. We also have protocols in place to close and sanitize specific office locations according to health authority guidelines, if required.
We will continue to do all we can to contribute to the safety of our communities. We recognize that these are challenging circumstances and are working with other organizations worldwide to share best practices and resources.
Please contact us directly if you have questions or need additional assistance. Our team is fully equipped for remote work and collaboration and are ready to support you and your organization.
