New Project Delivery Mandate for Luxury Development Project in Saudi Arabia

We are pleased to announce a new project management mandate for the delivery of the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Al Khobar. Expected to open in 2024, the mixed-use development will be located in the city’s waterfront area facing the Arabian Gulf. The luxury complex will include a 24-storey building with 120 guest rooms and suites, a Nobu Restaurant on the lobby level, swimming pools, a wellness centre, and meeting and event space. It will also include a 15-storey building with 55 fully integrated and highly personalized residences.

Drawing on extensive capital project expertise in the hospitality sector, our team will provide project management and cost management services for the development, from design through to completion
