Jeddah Airport City: Where Business, Leisure and Innovation Converge

Jeddah Airport City at King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) is a significant airport-centric development in Saudi Arabia, enhancing the western gateway to the Kingdom. It will offer multiple amenities for business, tourism, hospitality, sports, culture, worship, education, wellness, leisure and entertainment. Situated directly adjacent to KAIA Terminal 1, Jeddah Airport City is a pivotal component of Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia’s transformative economic and social reform plan. Leading the charge in its development is the SARH Development Company (SARH).

Scheduled for completion in 2027, the project’s first construction phase will include a parking podium, lifestyle centre, shopping district, city terminal, creative offices, space for the University for Culinary Arts and Hospitality, co-working and retail spaces, restaurants, entertainment and a 20,000-seat arena.

To help ensure seamless execution and successful completion, our team is providing strategic planning, procurement advisory and contract preparation services. Our responsibilities include the preparation of a master program, a risk management plan and a procurement strategy, and tender and contract documents. In addition, we are overseeing the contract award and negotiation process.
