Luxury Expansion: Moët Hennessy Middle East's Exquisite New Headquarters

Moët Hennessy Middle East (MHME), a division of Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) group with 75 remarkable luxury Houses, decided to relocate to the Jebel Ali Free Zone after outgrowing its existing office space. Its new headquarters spans 333 square meters and is meticulously designed to meet its needs. The headquarters includes a boardroom, two meeting rooms, four private offices, 16 open workstations, a spacious pantry and breakout area and an IT room, as well as a striking storefront.

Our Colliers Project Leaders team worked with MHME on a seamless transition to the new headquarters, providing comprehensive project management services for the project’s design, construction, and cost management. Our dedicated team effectively managed risks and kept the project on track, including work to integrate elements from MHME’s French head office, which led to project variations.
