Retal Rise and Nobu Hotel and Residences Project

The Retal Rise and Nobu mixed-use development is the result of the partnership between Nobu, one of the world’s most iconic Japanese restaurant and hotelier brands, and Retal, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest real estate developers. The complex is comprised of two separate towers with adjoining amenities and facilities. The Nobu Tower features 101 hotel keys and 64-branded apartments while the Retal Rise includes 144 apartments.

Our project management team collaborated with Retal’s development team and a specialized engineering consultant, who value engineered the project by redesigning structures and identifying possibilities for optimum design and financial.

Due to our rigorous development standards and procedures, the package was successfully completed with a total of 67,000 safe manhours and no Lost Time Injury (LTI) records.

Our team's successful collaboration allowed us to deliver the development package at an accelerated pace, 15 days ahead of the established handover date. Additionally, by working together, the teams optimized the project's financial efficiency, resulting in a cost savings of approximately 14 Mn SAR.
