Meet Our Atlantic Team
Jeff Stewart
Principal
With more than 17 years of experience, Jeff leads our project management team in the Atlantic region with a specific focus on healthcare and long-term care. His expertise includes stakeholder management, communication and relationship development between federal, provincial and municipal government departments, as well as private organizations. Jeff is a proven risk management expert, proficient in contract management and reducing client project risks through well developed procurement processes for design consultants and construction contracts.
Mélanie Cormier
Principal
Mélanie has more than 17 years of project management and four years of project engineering experience within the design and construction industry. With a strong focus on effective communication and partners and stakeholder relationships, she excels in leadership and risk management. Mélanie’s fluency in both official languages is an asset in intricate multi-stakeholder environments, as is her experience successfully managing diverse construction projects, spanning from small commercial fit-ups to major fast-tracked retail projects and multi-million-dollar healthcare and long-term care facilities. Melanie is currently Principal and the head of Colliers Project Leaders’ New Brunswick and PEI offices.
