Colliers Project Leaders celebrated the grand opening of their new office space in Burlington, Ontario on October 18. Colliers’ staff, clients and project team were all in attendance alongside community members and Burlington Mayor, Rick Goldring.

“We’re excited about this new space and the productive and collaborative environment it provides our staff,” said Gary Stanhope, Colliers Project Leaders’ Senior Vice President. “As Real Property and Project Management experts, it’s important that our space represents the latest design movements and industry standards. We believe in ‘walking the talk’ and providing a functionally unique space for our staff.”

Colliers Project Leaders occupied 3027 Harvester Road for nearly 22 years before deciding to move to a new space at Burloak and North Service Road. The new 5,000-sq.ft. space features an open office environment that encourages greater collaboration and strengthened community, as well as increased flexibility with hotel workstations and height-adjustable desks. The new space also includes several collaboration spaces, teleconference rooms, semi-private pods, and a multi-use staff room and kitchen.

Colliers Project Leaders has successfully completed a variety of projects in Burlington and the surrounding area. Notable projects include the Burlington Performing Arts Centre, the Milton Velodrome, Hamilton City Hall, Sixteen Mile Creek, and Niagara Falls Convention Centre.
