Colliers, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company, announced today that Franklin Holtforster, founder and President of Colliers Project Leaders Canada and Middle East, has decided to retire. Olivia MacAngus, currently Chief Development Officer, will succeed Holtforster as President, effective June 1, 2022. Holtforster will support the transition process with MacAngus and the executive team.
