Humber College’s Barrett Centre for Technology Innovation (BCTI) is this year’s International Interior Design Association’s (IIDA) Global Excellence Award winner for the Education Category. The awards celebrate originality and creativity in international interior design and interior architecture projects across 15 categories.
Located in Toronto, the 93,000 sq. ft. BCTI campus is designed to inspire innovation, support skills development, and promote science, technology, engineering, art and math outreach with industry and community partners.
IIDA is a commercial interior design association that advocates for advancement in education, design, excellence, leadership, and community outreach. IIDA supports culture, enhances business value, and positively impacts the health and well-being of people’s lives through a greater understanding of interior design.
