Capital Region Housing's (CRH) portfolio consists of over 5,000 units. We were engaged to assess the performance of their portfolio and to create a revitalization strategy. To develop the strategy, we established a structured methodology and a dynamic tool to analyze, categorize and prioritize the various properties. The deliverables included a detailed report and a dynamic business intelligence dashboard, which became the primary reference point for critical decisions. Our approach helped stakeholders evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions for future investments. It also helped CRH educate board and funding partners on the status quo and outline a long-term plan.
