Boston Office for Keryx Biopharmaceuticals

Establishing an iconic presence in Boston.

Keryx Biopharmaceuticals was looking to position themselves strategically in the biopharma hub Boston. They retained Colliers Project Leaders to help establish their new office in Boston's Seaport District.

This was the first new office space built specifically for Keryx, providing them a chance to develop and showcase their unique corporate identity. Keryx was seeking to create an iconic space capturing their entrepreneurial spirit as a life sciences leader.

A large collaboration area just off the entrance serves as a conference suite with operable glass walls that pivot and move allowing for a variety of spatial needs. Colliers worked very closely with ACTWO and Structure Tone to coordinate the installation of the large moveable walls.

The project involved a collaborative team approach with all contractors and team members helping to maintain the design vision, while finding cost-effective means to execute the work. The final result was a beautiful, unique space with a happy client.
