The new facility will feature various levels of supportive living, long-term care, and palliative care. With a project of this size there are numerous provincial and municipal stakeholders, and our team is responsible for supporting stakeholder engagement. We are leading the bridging team to develop the functional program, statement of requirements, and master site planning. Our team has developed the RFQ and RFP terms and conditions to select a Design-Builder who was then commissioned to begin the design phase. Our oversight ensures the project remains on-budget, schedule, and scope.
