An impressive hospitality partnership.

Colliers Project Leaders has been working alongside Jumeirah Group for several years providing program management to deliver new and refurbishment projects across the Madinat Jumeirah Resort. The upgrades and modifications enable the resort to maintain a position as one of Dubai’s premier tourism destinations. Such projects include – refurbishment of the Al Qasr Hotel, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and refurbishment of the iconic Burj Al, Dubai’s landmark hotel, with complete redesign of suites, restaurants and spa; strategies to protect the Jumeirah beach from erosion, and replacement of handrails throughout the estate to comply with changing Civil Defence regulations.

Our team’s role encompasses validation of the design brief, preparation of RFPs, selection of design teams and specialist consultants, budget control, stakeholder management, tender management and award of contractors, construction supervision through to successful completion.
