Shaping the future of communities.

Our team represented the owner’s committee for the delivery of the project. Our full project management service offering included cost, schedule, risk, and quality supervision. With multiple stakeholders involved, stakeholder management and engagement were a critical aspect of the project. Three months into the 20-month construction period, our earned value analysis indicated the project was 28-days behind schedule. Our project manager led a schedule recovery session—and the project was completed on time.
