Ongoing project management leadership for an iconic American museum.

Since 2002, Colliers has been engaged to provide project management services for numerous projects at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Projects have included:

• Various exhibit spaces including the 19th Century Wing, the American Wing, the Islamic Galleries, and the Greek & Roman Wings, which included the complete renovation of existing interior spaces for new galleries on the first and second floors, new mechanical and electrical systems and the addition of two new floors of office space.
• Project management services on the Uris Center of Education, back of the house spaces, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Project management services for the 5th Avenue Plaza redesign and the renovation of the Costume Institute.
• Managing preconstruction for the British Galleries & Skylight Projects.

Colliers continues to provide project management services during the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases of various projects at the Met.
