Travelers Energy Assessment of Connecticut Campus

As part of its participation in the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund (CEEF) Retro-Commissioning Program, Colliers Project Leaders was retained to provide Travelers Indemnity Company’s Hartford, Connecticut campus with a building survey, retro-commissioning investigation, implementation services, training, and measurement and verification for three buildings.

As part of the initial phase of its retro-commissioning survey program for Travelers, we conducted a broad assessment of the major energy-consuming equipment and systems within these three buildings to determine their eligibility to participate in the retro-commissioning program.
