Our team attended the Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) Annual Awards of Excellence and celebrated alongside our project partners, Novacom Building Partners and PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc., which both earned Silver Awards.

“This year marked one of the most competitive years yet,” said Jeannine Martin, VRCA President. “Each nominee should be incredibly proud of their accomplishments. Our Silver and Gold Award winners were chosen from among the best of the best, demonstrating excellence through innovative solutions to construction and supply chain challenges, as well as successful and meaningful efforts to include diverse groups, including Indigenous peoples.”

Our team attended the gala to support Novacom, which won a Silver Award for its role in the Colliers Vancouver Office Relocation to Rogers Tower and Oceanic Plaza. Our Project Management team collaborated with Novacom, alongside Colliers’ Brokerage and Workplace Advisory groups, to deliver the new, best-in-class office space, resulting in a 12-point increase in workspace satisfaction and a three-point rise in overall employee engagement.

PCL also won a Silver Award for its role in the BC Hydro Mica Studio Dorms project. As the owner’s representative, our team partnered with BC Hydro and worked closely with PCL to deliver a two-storey, fully equipped, 40-unit modular facility at the remote Mica Townsite. The new dorms replace undersized, aging units and provide a durable, long-term accommodation solution that supports workforce retention and the ongoing operations of one of BC Hydro’s major generating stations.

We are proud to collaborate with such exceptional project partners. Congratulations to all the 2025 VRCA Awards of Excellence winners!
