Team Rubicon Canada is an international non-profit disaster response organization that unites the skills and experiences of military veterans, first responders and passionate civilians to rapidly deploy volunteers and serve communities affected by disasters.
Called Greyshirts, these volunteers work free of charge to support our communities at their most vulnerable before, during and after a disaster. Whether mobilizing to clear transportation routes, reducing wildfire risk through mitigation efforts, muck out flooded homes, or support sifting operations after a wildfire, Greyshirts focus on helping accelerate residents’ safety and healing.
Our organization is proud to sponsor Team Rubicon Canada and its Mission Possible service campaign again this year, supporting volunteers on the front lines where they are most needed. 
As our own teams work to provide climate readiness and community recovery services to these same communities, we recognize the critical role Team Rubicon Canada plays. We share an approach that prioritizes helping people feel safe and supported as they work to reclaim a sense of normalcy in their lives.
