Vendor of Record Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) Now Issued Through MERX

Under the Master Service Agreement with Infrastructure Ontario (IO), Colliers Project Leaders will be establishing and managing Vendors of Record (VOR) in accordance with IO Procurement policies. 

We are pleased to announce that we have issued the VOR prequalification through MERX for construction services in relation to high-complexity projects, with construction budgets ranging from $100,000 to $10,000,000. We anticipate keeping the RFPQ open until June 28, 2024.

Vendors will be subject to the terms of the Colliers Project Leaders Vendor Performance Program (VPP), which will be provided at a later stage.
