Kingston’s new Alternate Health Facility is a temporary facility to help Kingston Health Sciences Centre support a COVID-19 hospital surge. The project included a full renovation, new equipment and technology, and the creation of a team able to mobilize as needed to support front-line staff.

The Canoe Landing project transformed a brownfield site in Toronto’s CityPlace neighbourhood into a welcoming gathering space. Alleviating growth constraints, the new multiplex is now home to two K-8 elementary schools, a childcare centre, and a 42,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose community centre.

Concordia University’s new state-of-the-art Applied Science Hub was designed to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration. The 90,000 sq. ft. extension houses several laboratories and research spaces that will help to propel the next generation of research scientists in their specialized fields.

Faced with multiple flooding events since 1976, the existing location of the Kashechewan First Nation (KFN) community has been declared unsafe. The KFN is in the process of relocating and building a safe pathway to “Site Five”, an elevated area the community can rebuild on as their community grows.

Working with clients Infrastructure Ontario and The Ottawa Hospital, our team helped erect a temporary Offload Medicine Transition Unit in just three months. The 10,800 sq. ft. structure supports 40 patients, operating as an extension of the hospital’s Civic Campus.
