More projects done right.

The 90,000 sq. ft. building is home to the new municipal RCMP detachment to meet the needs of Kelowna’s growing population.

Several upgrades including raw sewage pump refurbishment, rehabilitation of screening and de-grit tanks and channels, and generator diesel fuel cooling are underway. Continuous and uninterrupted operation of the plant is the objective for the upgrade project.

After decades of contaminated water and a long-standing boil-water advisory, the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte First Nation has a new water treatment plant and supply system to serve their 2,171 on-reserve residents.

The Edmonton Brewery District development is 13-acres of land, including an underground parkade, and mixed-use retail and office buildings. The site is anchored by an existing single-storey building and the historic 1913 Molson Brewery building.

Earning international recognition, the Calgary Central Library is a new 240,000 sq. ft. facility of flexible and interactive space, including the Calgary Light Rail Transit line actively running under the building.
