Infrastructure Ontario (IO) awarded a new Master Service Agreement for Project Management Services to Colliers Project Leaders in 2023 following open, competitive processes.
Under the Master Service Agreement, Colliers Project Leaders will be establishing and managing new Vendors of Record (VOR) in accordance with IO Procurement policies.
We will be issuing VOR prequalification calls through MERX for General Architectural Services and Interior Design Services and General Engineering Services in relation to IO’s high-complexity projects, with construction budgets ranging from $100,000 to $20,000,000.
There will be two separate calls for prequalification.
- At the end of July for Architectural/Interior Design Services
- Mid-August for Engineering Services
