This includes creating and modernizing emergency plans, procedures and templates; advising on evacuation plans and supports; offering strategic leadership, coordination and recovery expertise; and supporting continuity plans that strengthen readiness and long-term resilience.

Working across Canada, our teams have provided support for communities including the City of Merritt, the Columbia Shuswap Regional District, Fort St. John, the City of Kimberly, the Hamlet of Enterprise, Denare Beach, Kátł’odeeche First Nation, White Bear First Nation and Big Stone Cree Nation. Their work is collaborative with a focus on locally led decision-making and recovery efforts that are practical and culturally aligned.

“Communities across our home province of Ontario are facing complex challenges from climate and extreme weather events,” said Olivia MacAngus, President and CEO, Colliers Project Leaders.
