Animation and visual effects digital studio, Animal Logic recently selected our Vancouver team to provide project management services on its new 110,000 sq. ft. purpose-built studio in the city’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood.
The studio will be located in the M4 building, a 730,000 sq. ft. zero carbon, mixed-use development that’s part of part of the Main Alley campus. Building on its commitment to the creative technology sector in British Columbia, Animal Logic’s new space will foster an interconnected, collaborative and creative environment for its employees, while also supporting its sustainability initiatives.
Animal Logic collaborated with developer Westbank and our colleagues at Colliers Canada to finalize the lease agreement. They are currently working with our project managers as the project evolves into the next phase of work.
