The Colliers team in Winnipeg officially relocated to a new office at 330 St. Mary Avenue. Located within an award-winning, energy efficient building, the new space offers employees a collaborative and open-concept working environment on one floor.
Previously, the Colliers Winnipeg office was located on multiple floors, which inadvertently made it difficult for staff to collaborate effectively. Informed by employee feedback, the new office design prioritizes inclusivity, connectivity and innovation to promote an engaged employee culture. The space features an informal coffee bar, breakout meeting rooms, collaboration zones, open-concept workspaces, and modernized boardrooms.
Our team proudly provided project management services on this relocation project, working in partnership with our Colliers colleagues, LM Architectural Group, SMS Engineering, and CIC Inc. to bring this enhanced workspace to life.
