Halton Regional Council approved almost $2 million in additional funding to support more housing for seniors in Oakville, ON. The proposed developments will include the construction of 14-semi-detached bungalows, as well as a 4-storey seniors’ supportive housing building and new assisted rental housing units.
“This is a great day,” said Janet Haslett-Theall, Oakville Ward 3 Regional and Town Councillor. “Thank you very, very much. We just need to keep going. I’m incredibly heartened by those three reports and the support of all those that can make it happen.”
Our team will provide consultancy services for the construction of the seniors’ supportive housing building, acting as the owner’s advisor and payment certifier for the duration of the project.
