Congratulations to Partners Community Health for receiving the AdvantAge Ontario 2025 Capital Project Award in recognition of its long-term care project, Wellbrook Place.
Partners Community Health accepted the award from our own Jamie Cook at a gala held on April 30. Colliers Project Leaders is proud to sponsor the award annually, in recognition of a capital project that improves care, service delivery and/or the living environment for residents.
Wellbrook Place includes two long-term care homes with a combined capacity of 632 beds, as well as an Integrated Seniors’ Hub providing community-based senior programs. The facility also features inclusive services and new models of care delivery, such as a specialized 24-bed behavioural support unit, an onsite dialysis program for residents with kidney disease, and a multi-faith spiritual space.
Partners Community Health developed Wellbrook Place under Ontario’s Accelerated Build Pilot Program, which fast-tracks construction by using hospital-owned lands, modular building techniques and public-private partnerships.
