The Government of Saskatchewan officially began construction on its Regina General Hospital parkade project. Designed to enhance accessibility, convenience and safety, the new structure will include a total of 1,005 vehicle stalls and increase parking capacity by 686 stalls.

“The parkade project is also a clear demonstration of the shared commitment of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and the Government of Saskatchewan to the safety and well-being of our patients, visitors and dedicated staff,” said Saskatchewan Health Authority CEO Andrew Will.

“The start of construction on the parkade is an important milestone,” added Regina Pasqua MLA Muhammad Fiaz. “Visitors and staff can now look forward to the relief and safety this project, once completed, is set to provide.”

Our Colliers Project Leaders team are leading this unique delivery model under a Design-Build Partial Lease agreement, which includes Link Developments Ltd. being responsible for designing, building, financing, maintaining, and operating the new parkade for a 30-year period.

Our team led the project’s procurement process in addition to providing technical advisory and project management services. We will continue to manage the project until the parkade’s estimated completion in November 2024.
