We are excited to announce the release of Colliers’ 2025 Global Sustainability Report. The annual report highlights progress on our commitment to creating long-term value through environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities, including climate action, workplace wellbeing and innovation.
Some of the notable global achievements in 2025 include:
- A 32.2% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from our 2021 baseline
- Sourcing 42% of electricity from renewable sources across Colliers’ global portfolio
- Receiving environmental or wellbeing certifications across 68% of Colliers’ offices
- More than 32% of manager-level and above roles held by women
Colliers’ professionals across Capital Advisory and Project Management, Commercial Real Estate, Engineering, and Investment Management continue to support clients in addressing sustainability challenges, including climate-related risk, regulatory requirements, and energy and cost pressures across the full asset lifecycle.
“As sustainability expectations become more performance driven, our focus is on delivering outcomes that fortify, de-risk and create lasting value within our own operations and for our clients,” said Tonya Lagrasta, Global Head of Sustainability at Colliers. “I’m proud of our 2025 progress and the way our professionals continue to turn ambition into action. The report reflects where we are today and where we’re going as we stay agile, focused and energized about the positive impact we can create together.”
The report was produced in alignment with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) frameworks to ensure strong governance and transparency of our sustainability program.
