VOR Request for Prequalification for General Engineering Services

Following an open and competitive process, Infrastructure Ontario (IO) awarded a new Master Services Agreement (MSA) to Colliers Project Leaders as its Project Management Service Provider (PMSP) in 2023. Under the MSA, Colliers Project Leaders will be establishing and managing new Vendors of Record (VOR) in accordance with IO Procurement policies. 

We are pleased to announce that we have issued the VOR Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) through MERX for General Engineering Services in relation to high-complexity projects, with construction budgets ranging from $100,000 to $20,000,000. We anticipate keeping the RFPQ open until September 24, 2024.
