Completing the renovation of an existing facility into a licensed cannabis growing facility required an experienced Owner’s Representative to guide the project from pre-design through to design and construction.
During pre-design, our team facilitated a collaborative process with stakeholders to engage a designer and construction manager. During pre-design and construction, our team acted as the liaison with the licensing consultant, construction manager, and equipment suppliers.
