Our team provided leadership to assure the effective participation and coordination of all project team members. Our Principal Project Manager oversaw and documented the project progress. In collaboration with other teams, we were responsible for ensuring that the project met the needs of the client and the expectations of the stakeholders. This initiative included a reduction of the total costs of the operation; effective risk management of the construction and move processes; and modernization of the facility to supply employees and the public with a vibrant and stimulating environment.
