Promoting campus community through inclusive living and social spaces.

The Township of Russell and its surrounding region have developed quickly over the past few years. To support the growing community, the township undertook the design-build of a new Emergency Medical Services (EMS) facility located in Embrun.

Infrastructure Ontario and Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre collaborated to construct a regional Pandemic Response Unit (PRU) as a temporary addition to the existing hospital site in Barrie, ON.

Colliers Project Leaders acted as Instacart’s independent project management advocate and “boots-on-the-ground”, leading the fit-up and coordination of work between the design firms and other third-party contractors.

Following Ontario’s March 2020 state of emergency declaration in response to COVID-19, our team partnered with Infrastructure Ontario, the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA) and Northern College to convert space at the college’s Moosonee Campus for a pop-up rapid response hospital unit.
