Telesat, a leading global satellite operator, relocated their Ottawa headquarters from their longstanding home at 1601 Telesat Court to 160 Elgin Street.

A world leader in imaging products and solutions, Canon’s new headquarters provides employees with a flexible and collaborative workspace that embodies the elements of their corporate culture and company values.

Gowling WLG renovated its Ottawa office to modernize the workspace and meet the evolving needs of a dynamic and growing law firm. The result is a 130,000 sq. ft. workplace and conference facility spread over three and a half floors.

The Ministry of the Attorney General expanded Court Services for the region, which involved the consolidation of two existing court facilities into one modern space. We provided Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment Planning services for the project.

Through the federal government’s post-secondary Strategic Initiative Fund (SIF) program, SFU built the Sustainable Energy and Environmental Engineering (SE3P) building. The five-storey, 160,000 sq. ft. LEED Gold building is designed to reduce emissions and energy consumption.
