More projects done right.

Sparked by a provincial report that called for a change in the way emergency care is delivered in Nova Scotia, the Health Authority conducted a preliminary study focused on the need for change within the hospital’s emergency department.

The repatriation initiative involved the installation of 104 new modular, semi-detached housing units. The project was completed over two construction seasons: 72 units in winter 2016, and 32 units in summer 2017, six months ahead of schedule.

Lansdowne Park has been an integral part of the Ottawa community since the mid-1800s. After debate and discussion, Ottawa City Council approved a strategy to advance the redevelopment of the 38.6-acre site through a P3 initiative with the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group.

Carlington Community Health Centre and Ottawa Community Housing partnered together to deliver a significant addition and renovation to their existing space, including 42 seniors’ apartments above a new Primary Care clinic on ground level.

The Rideau Canal, originally built between 1826-1831, is a 202km heritage site. Parks Canada developed a five-year Accelerated Infrastructure Program to improve the long-term condition of the infrastructure along the canal.
