Supporting projects with scalable expertise
The Residences at Lakeview Village is one of KiND’s largest developments. As its projects increased in size and complexity, KiND knew it needed a team with the expertise, capacity and experience to deliver the project successfully.
The development group engaged our team shortly after construction started so we could provide comprehensive project management solutions through to completion. We are working alongside KiND and its construction manager to ensure we are fully integrated with KiND’s business goals and have a clear understanding of its objectives.
With property sales already complete, it’s imperative that KiND deliver Lakeview Village on time and to the expectations of its new home buyers. Our team is supporting KiND by carefully managing the project budget and schedule – while also working with the development team and partners to find value engineering solutions that will keep the project on track and help the team achieve key milestones.
