Infrastructure Ontario (IO) awarded a new Master Services Agreement (MSA) to Colliers Project Leaders as its Project Management Service Provider (PMSP) in 2023 following an open and competitive process. Under the MSA, Colliers Project Leaders is responsible for establishing and managing Vendors of Record (VOR) in accordance with IO Procurement policies.
We are pleased to announce that we have issued the VOR Requests for Prequalification (RFPQ) through MERX for General Contractors, Engineering Consultants, and Architectural Services and Interior Design Services in relation to high-complexity projects, with construction budgets ranging from $100,000 to $10,000,000. We anticipate keeping the RFPQ open until December 19, 2025.
Existing, Qualified VOR:
The VOR list is set for a three-year term. If your organization qualified as a VOR in 2024, you do not need to re-apply unless you wish to make a change to your existing category, region or dollar threshold.
